Service Description

From the moment you walk into the studio, my goal is to help you feel calm and safe so that you can mindfully enjoy and benefit from all of the healing energy of Reiki. If need be, I will guide you through a meditation to settle your mind and allow you to be present in the moment. We will also have time to talk about the session afterwards, though I follow up our session with an email detailing all we discussed and anything that presented itself during our time together.
