About the event
Once a month I will lead you in a guided meditation using breath work, visualization and other tools. Topics and styles to change monthly. Every Monday of the same month will generally be the same meditation (though it will evolve) so you can join again or wait until the following month's theme.
Please create a quiet and calm place for you to enjoy the meditation. Have a glass of water or a tea and maybe a journal for you to write about whatever comes up. I also like to cover my eyes w/ a washcloth or bandana.
